MISSION STATEMENT - Oregon Investment Fund ("OIF")

The OIF seeks to build successful, innovative enterprises for the benefit of its investors.

In addition, the Fund seeks to ensure the following:

• Foster the creation and growth of young and maturing companies in Oregon and Pacific Northwest
• Encourage the growth of the Oregon and Pacific Northwest private equity community
• Facilitate public and private partnerships within the State
