OIF Co-investments
How It Works
Credit Suisse, manager of the OIF, continues to bring venture capital firms to Oregon with deep investment experience. And as part of the guidelines set by the OIF fund, each of the funds has an existing or developing presence in Oregon and is always seeking out Oregon-based opportunities.
Direct investments with existing fund partnerships (co-investments) make up a small percentage of OIF investments. Co-investment opportunities are brought by the OIF’s current funds. The OIF has three existing direct investments:
- Kryptiq Corporation, is a Hillsboro, Oregon company that is the leading provider of interoperability and workflow connectivity solutions for healthcare. Kryptiq streamlines healthcare communications among patients, providers, pharmacies and health plans with secure messaging, electronic prescribing, disease management and contract management technologies.
- Criterion Holdings, is a Milwaukie, Oregon company that was founded in 1982 and is one of the largest providers of floor covering services to the multi-family housing industry in the Western United States. The company’s expertise allows it to service customers at all levels with installations, treatments, audits, repairs and customized property reports. The company operates throughout the Western US.
- Wellpartner, a Portland, Oregon company provides prescription medication distribution and outsourcing alternatives to commercial health plans and state Medicaid organizations.
Funds chosen to participate in the OIF undergo a rigorous due diligence process to ensure top performance for return on investment.
