Funds chosen to participate in the OIF undergo a rigorous due diligence process to facilitate top performance for return on investment. The OIF also requires the funds to adhere to strict requirements that include developing a presence in Oregon, deep investment experience in Oregon and the Pacific Northwest, agreements on time commitments, and the willingness to seek out Oregon-based opportunities.

Founded in 2003 as a spinout of Northwest Capital Appreciation, Inc., Evergreen Pacific Partners, located in Seattle, Washington, is a fund dedicated to the pursuit of middle market buyouts and growth equity investments in the western region of North America. Nth Power

Nth Power is a San Francisco-based venture capital firm that invests in cutting-edge energy technology businesses, particularly in energy intelligence, distributed energy, power reliability and related services. The Fund invests primarily in early-stage and emerging companies and may make selected investments in established growth companies. Riverlake Partners

Riverlake Partners is a Portland, Oregon-based buyout firm focused on lower middle market traditional economy businesses principally located in Oregon and the Western United States. The Fund makes equity and equity-related debt investments in manufacturing, distribution and service companies.

Sherbrooke Capital

Massachusetts-based Sherbrooke was founded in 1999 to take advantage of the investment opportunities in the health and wellness industry. The Firm provides growth and expansion capital to companies that possess already developed products and services based upon proven science, with a proprietary position due to intellectual property or a strong brand franchise. The target companies would typically be seeking capital to initiate product roll-out or expand distribution and market presence. Sherbrooke is usually the first investor in portfolio companies and part of a syndicate of venture investors.

Voyager Capital

Voyager Capital is a Seattle-based information technology venture capital firm that invests in enterprise software and services, Internet infrastructure and wireless companies. Voyager focuses on early to late-stage companies, with the majority of investments in early-stage companies based in the Pacific Northwest and Northern California.

Walden Venture Capital

Walden Venture Capital, a San Francisco-based venture capital firm that focuses on investments in digital media, technology-enabled services and Internet commerce companies.

Wedbush Capital Partners

Wedbush Capital Partners is a Los Angeles-based private equity firm that specializes in making $2 to $7 million equity investments in profitable, growing companies with revenues ranging from $10 million to $50 million. Wedbush Capital invests in transactions that include growth investments, recapitalizations and management-led buyouts. Wedbush Capital is an affiliate of Wedbush Morgan Securities, a leading NYSE investment bank with offices across the western United States.
